Red water at the Confederation Bridge

I stopped by at the base of the bridge in New Brunswick on my way home from visiting my parents this weekend, and spotted the red water washing up on the shores. Reminded me of the photo in The Guardian that accompanied the “Red Tide Surging” headline.

PEI’s way of letting her neighbours know that change is on the way.
